Cultivation of straw mushrooms in open air

Straw mushroom is a kind of hi-temperature and high-humidity fungus. The temperature required for the mycelium is 20°C to 40°C, and the optimum temperature is 25°C to 35°C. The fruit body can grow and develop in the range of 34°C to 45°C. The most suitable season for planting straw mushroom is generally divided into two phases: from summer to summer, from autumn to white dew. The straw mushroom cultivation material requires fresh, dry, mildew-free, non-degradation, pest-free rice straw, Peanut pod, bagasse or corn stalk. You can make full use of fields, hillsides, riverbanks, roadsides, and gardens as a wild mushroom farm, but be close to the water source. At the selected cultivation site, open the drainage ditch at first and then purify the mushroom bed. Mushrooms are 1 to 1.2 meters wide, 6 to 7 meters long, and the bed is 60 to 70 centimeters. In the case of mushrooms, the straw is immersed in a pond, creek, or ditches, while dipping and stepping, so that the straw sucks enough water until it becomes soft. When soaking grass, add 3 to 5 kg of manure per 100 kg of straw to increase nitrogen content, which will help increase production. After 4 to 5 days after the construction of the heap, apply proper amount of water every afternoon to increase the humidity of the haystack. During the fruiting period, spray water once a day in the morning and evening, so that the haystack often maintains moisture content of 65% to 70%. During fruiting, the haystack temperature is maintained at 38°C to 40°C, and the relative humidity of air is maintained between 85% and 90%. In the spring cultivation, in case of cold air intrusion in the early stage, straw or cover film should be stamped in time to maintain a stable temperature. In summer cultivation, the number of water sprays should be increased due to the hot weather. Turn the haystack 3 or 4 times a day to cool the air and shade it with branches if necessary.
